To Wear

• Separate the two AUVEA bands, allowing the top and bottom to face one another.
• Slide your Oura Ring into the lower band.
• Align the top band vertically and press gently until it settles into place, fully enclosing the ring in a seamless, sculptural form.
• Designed to stay in place with complementary shapes and soft friction.
• AUVEA bands stay in place best with the top ring worn on top of your Oura, closest to the wrist.

To Remove

• Remove all three rings from the hand.
• At the side seam, gently lift the top band with the “U” facing upward to release.
• Separate the bands, then slide your Oura Ring from the lower AUVEA band.

Pro Tips

Moisture may collect between the rings after hand washing. If this occurs, the Oura Ring may feel more secure within AUVEA - gently separate the bands to remove.

For the most secure fit, wear the top band facing upward, resting over the Oura Ring.
