Can I wear AUVEA all the time?
AUVEA is designed for daily wear. For sleep, workouts, and charging, we recommend removing the outer bands so your Oura Ring can be worn on its own.
How do I wear it?
Slide your Oura Ring into the lower band, then gently place the top band into position. The two bands are designed to align through complementary form and light friction, holding everything securely in place.
Is AUVEA attached to the Oura Ring?
No—AUVEA is not physically attached. It is a fully removable, two-band design that sits around your Oura Ring, allowing for easy separation whenever needed.
Will it move or shift on my finger?
AUVEA is designed to stay in place through its sculptural form and natural tension between the bands. When worn as intended, it feels secure while remaining easy to remove.
Can I charge my Oura Ring without removing AUVEA?
No—AUVEA should be removed before charging. The bands separate easily so your Oura Ring can be placed on its charger.
What size should I order?
Choose the same size as your Oura Ring Gen 4 for the intended fit.
Will it work with all Oura models?
AUVEA is designed for the latest Oura Ring model. It is not compatible with earlier generations, ceramic finishes, or select collaboration styles.

What happens if I change or upgrade my Oura Ring?
If you upgrade your Oura Ring in the future, you may return your AUVEA piece and apply the fair market value of gold toward a new design. Details and eligibility will be shared upon request.
