Each AUVEA piece is made for you and will ship within 4-6 weeks. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive tracking details as it begins its journey to you.

For higher value pieces, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure a safe arrival. If you have a specific delivery request, we’re always happy to help. Please reach out at concierge@shopauvea.com.

Returns and Exchanges

Because each AUVEA piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Your experience matters deeply to us - if something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out and we will do everything we can to make it perfect.

Future Upgrades

If you upgrade your Oura Ring in the future, you may return your AUVEA piece and apply the fair market value of the gold or silver toward a new design.
